Please note: May 18 is Victoria Day, a public holiday. The church will still be open for the event. A doorbell will be available at the front door. Please ring, and a host will welcome you in.

💃 Gentle Zumba

11:00AM-12:00PM (Doors open at 10:30AM)

Join a fun, low-impact Zumba session for seniors to boost mobility, coordination, and fitness. Movements are modified for safety, with no jumping and minimal turning.

Capacity: 20 participants (New and bigger space)
